Here at McLaren Container Sales, we have developed our own grading system when it comes to the quality of our shipping containers. As each conex box is unloaded onto our yard, we do a thorough inspection for damage, integrity and the overall appearance of the container.
Inside and outside panels of these shipping containers are in excellent condition. Intact floor with zero holes. Doors are lockable and the seals are in good condition. Container used once, then sold to us for resale. Best condition you can get.
Inside and outside panels of these shipping containers could have scuffs and scratches. Floor is in good condition with minimal stains. Doors lock and seals in good condition. Weatherproof and vermin proof.
Very similar in condition to the Cargo Worthy these WWT containers are with a few more dents and scratches, but not suitable to ship cargo. Best used for static storage.
Shipping containers have a lot more potential than just storage solution. Recently, there has been a tremendous amount of people that have been fabricating cabins and houses out of storage containers and conex boxes.
As Is Container
These containers have significant corrosion and rust; floors might have patches or need patching. Not watertight or vermin proof. The least expensive type of container, but some work is required before storage is possible.
